If I had 66 grand into a stock and it looked like the corporation had been abandoned, and therefore, the stock was a zombie, I would be knocking on the door of the appropriate court in Delaware (where Remote Dynamics was incorporated) and requesting to be allowed to take over the corporation as conservator like Slojab was talking about a couple of days ago.
Then, you could try to sell off the company to a real business that wants to do a reverse merger and get that share price back up over $0.0006 so you could walk away with a profit where you have control over what happened rather than just waiting for it to happen to you.
Before I did any of that, I would be on the phone with the legal department at Verizon to see what they had to say about any legal liabilities they think that they have, or do not have, regarding their purchase of Telogis (who purchased at least part of Remote Dynamics).
